Christ Church Dementia Care Ministry fosters spiritual connection and engagement for people living with dementia and for those who care for them.
Our focus is on providing a welcoming and safe place of understanding and support by recognizing the God-given personhood in each person, regardless of the stage of the disease. We hope to enable persons with dementia, and their care partners, to continue to attend worship and take part in church life in meaningful ways.
